These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and tid777 ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By creating an account, logging into an existing account, making a deposit or placing a bet or wager on the tid777 platform, you unconditionally accept every provision of this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

2.1 Age Requirement. 2.2 One Account Per Person. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account at tid777. Creating duplicate, secondary or additional accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, the same mobile number or a different mobile number — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances across associated accounts.
2.3 Accurate Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your active Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You further agree to promptly update this information should any of it change. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
2.4 Identity Verification. tid777 operates KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures in accordance with applicable international licensing requirements. Players may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (CNIC, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.
2.5 Geographic Eligibility. tid777 primarily serves players located in Pakistan. You are solely responsible for ensuring that online betting and gaming is permitted in your jurisdiction. The platform does not represent or warrant the legality of online gambling in any specific territory.
3.1 Player Responsibility. You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tid777 account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share, disclose or transfer your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify tid777 customer support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account. tid777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to maintain credential security or failed to report a known security breach promptly.
3.3 Security Features. tid777 provides optional and recommended security features including two-factor authentication (2FA), OTP-based login via JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and login location alerts. Players are strongly encouraged to enable all available security features. The platform accepts no liability for losses attributable to a Player's failure to activate available security protections.
3.4 Session Management. Players should always log out of their tid777 account when using shared or public devices. The "Remember Me" login feature should only be used on personal, private devices to which no other person has access.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. tid777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, QR Pay and approved retail cash deposit channels. 4.2 Currency. All Player accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made via any payment method are credited in PKR at the prevailing platform exchange rate where applicable. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the Player's verified payment method.
4.3 Own-Name Transactions Only. Players may only deposit from payment accounts and bank accounts registered in their own legal name. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL and Meezan Bank are processed within 15–30 minutes during standard banking hours. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending or where a transaction is flagged for compliance review. tid777 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
4.5 Deposit Limits. Platform-imposed and Player-configurable deposit limits apply to all accounts. Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings under the Responsible Gaming section. Once set, deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
4.6 Refused Withdrawals. tid777 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, breach of this Agreement, or failure to meet bonus wagering requirements attached to Real Funds or Bonus Funds in the requested withdrawal amount.
5.1 Bonus Offers. tid777 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload promotions. All bonuses are governed by these Terms and Conditions as well as any specific promotion terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail only with respect to that specific offer.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple (e.g., 30x) of the bonus amount, the deposit amount, or the combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion; live casino games, slots, and sports betting markets may carry different contribution percentages as detailed in specific offer terms.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus amounts and any winnings derived from expired bonus funds will be forfeited without compensation.
5.4 One Bonus Per Household. Promotional offers are limited to one per household, per address, per device and per IP address. tid777 reserves the right to void bonus claims where multiple accounts are identified as operating from the same household or network environment.
5.5 Abuse of Bonuses. Systematic or coordinated exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting across platforms using tid777 promotions, use of automated betting systems or bots to generate wagering turnover, or participation in low-risk hedging strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements — constitutes abuse and may result in bonus cancellation, removal of winnings generated under the bonus and permanent account closure.
6.1 General Betting Rules. All bets and wagers placed on the tid777 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo or any other gaming vertical. These product-specific rules are available within the relevant platform section and form part of this Agreement by reference.
6.2 Cricket Betting. Cricket betting markets — including but not limited to PSL matches, Pakistan international fixtures, T20 World Cup events, Test series and Asia Cup tournaments — are subject to official match result confirmation from the relevant governing body. All cricket bets settle in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the International Cricket Council (ICC), the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or the relevant domestic governing authority. tid777 reserves the right to void markets where matches are abandoned, significantly interrupted or where integrity concerns arise.
6.3 Maximum Stakes and Winnings. Maximum stake limits per bet and maximum single-event payout caps apply across all tid777 betting products. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface. tid777 reserves the right to restrict maximum stakes on individual markets or for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are observed.
6.4 Palpable Errors. In the event of an obvious error in published odds, prices or game payouts — including but not limited to system errors, data feed errors or human pricing errors — tid777 reserves the right to void any bets placed under such erroneous conditions, regardless of whether those bets have already been settled. Any winnings attributed to obviously erroneous odds or payouts will be reversed.
6.5 Slot and Casino RTP. All slot games and casino table games offered on tid777 are provided by licensed third-party game studios and operate at Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages as certified by the relevant game regulator. The following actions constitute Prohibited Conduct under this Agreement. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all account balances and referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is involved:

8.1 Platform Content. All content on the tid777 platform — including but not limited to the brand name "tid777", logos, visual designs, game interfaces, written content, images, software code, database structures and user interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of tid777 or its licensed content providers. No Player or third party acquires any intellectual property rights by virtue of accessing or using the platform.
8.2 Restricted Use. Players may not reproduce, copy, transmit, publish, distribute, scrape, reverse-engineer or commercially exploit any tid777 platform content without prior written authorisation from tid777. Unauthorised use of platform intellectual property may constitute infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.
8.3 Third-Party Games. 9.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tid777's maximum aggregate liability to any Player arising from or connected to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by that Player and remaining in their account at the time the relevant claim arises, net of any amounts already withdrawn.
9.4 Third-Party Services. tid777 is not liable for the actions, omissions or failures of third-party payment providers (including but not limited to JazzCash, EasyPaisa and banking institutions), third-party game studios, internet service providers or telecommunications networks. Delays or failures attributable to these third parties do not constitute a breach of this Agreement by tid777.
10.1 Commitment to Player Welfare. tid777 is committed to the wellbeing of all registered Players. Online betting and casino gaming carries inherent financial risk and can become harmful if not approached responsibly. tid777 provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools and encourages all Players to use them proactively.
10.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming controls are available to all tid777 Players from their account settings at no charge:
10.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who elect permanent self-exclusion will have their account blocked from all real-money activities for the duration of the exclusion period. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure.
11.2 Platform-Initiated Closure. tid777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement; discovery of Prohibited Conduct; failure to complete identity verification; suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity; or where the continuation of the account presents an unacceptable regulatory, legal or reputational risk to the platform.
11.3 Balance Treatment on Platform-Initiated Closure. Where an account is closed by tid777 as a result of established Prohibited Conduct or fraud, any remaining balance — including Real Funds — may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited where losses to the platform or other players can be established. In cases of account closure for administrative or compliance reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, Real Funds balances will be returned to the Player following verification.
11.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have not recorded any login, deposit, bet or withdrawal activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as dormant. tid777 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts or to contact the registered Player to confirm whether the account should remain active. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.
12.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and all matters arising from or connected with it are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which tid777 holds its international gaming licence. Players access the platform voluntarily and are responsible for compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
12.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the first instance, all disputes should be raised directly with tid777 customer support. 12.3 Independent Review. 13.1 Right to Amend. tid777 reserves the right to modify, amend or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to Players. The revised Agreement will be published at tid777.one/terms-conditions with an updated "Last Revised" date.
13.2 Notification of Material Changes. Where tid777 determines that a proposed amendment is material to the Player's use of the platform — including changes to bonus terms, withdrawal procedures or account eligibility — reasonable notice will be provided to Players via the registered account email address before the amendment takes effect.
13.3 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the tid777 platform following publication of any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.
